  • ORDER PROCESS
    If the price is acceptable after you received our quotations, you can send your account manager a P.O. or provide the information for Proforma Invoice:1. Billing address & Delivery address; 2. Consignee and Contact number; 3. Payment: PayPal/Credit Card/ TT.
    Then you will receive the invoice to arrange the payment, your order will be dispatched according to the lead times.
  • PAYMENT TERMS
    HJPC Technology offers several convenient payment methods in US dollars, including PAYPAL, Credit Cards. Wire Transfer. Payment must be made in the currency in which the order was placed. You can also complete your order via Escrow Order or Credit terms after approval.
  • SHIPPING OPTIONS
    HJPC Technology offers different kinds of shipping methods: we may help you arrange the delivery of the package via Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, or other ways you prefer. You may choose your own logistic service if you have cooperated with some specific delivery company. We also accept the shipping method as the client requested. Normally lead time for most parts will provide 1-3 working days or 5-7 working days, special requirement needs to confirm with our sales team.
  • AFTER-SALES SERVICE
    HJPC Technology guarantees all the merchandise we provide is from the original factory, authorized agent, and authorized distributors, all are original and new parts. We also provide a year warranty after the merchandise’s delivery. When there is some quality issue after you get the merchandise, please contact us within 3 working days, HJPC Technology will exchange the new parts to replace them and undertake the shipping cost for the new parts after the product issue is confirmed. If necessary, you may be required to return the failed product for inspection or testing purposes. Customers should assist in returning the failed parts, and HJPC Technology will undertake the shipping cost.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
    Most orders ship within 24 hours. Networked stock will take 2-3 business days to ship from order confirmation.
